Job Overview
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be vital in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to military service members and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full spectrum of outcome-driven nurse practitioner services, including patient screening and examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common acute conditions and chronic illnesses, adhering to established protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
- Advocate for preventive care and health maintenance, providing education and counseling to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to communicate patient care plans and ensure coordinated services.
- Maintain high standards of safety by recognizing conditions requiring isolation and employing universal precautions in all interactions.
- Participate in staff meetings to engage in case discussions, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

- Proficient in women’s health specialty procedures, including hormonal/non-hormonal IUD insertion and colposcopies.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.

- Minimum of six months of experience in Women's Health.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-time position at 40 hours per week.
- Competitive hourly compensation: \(50.00 - \)60.00, along with a $5000 sign-on bonus.
